The Ketu North Municipal Assembly has taken a significant leap toward digital transformation by successfully hosting a Capacity Building Training Workshop on the Smart Workplace solution. Held at the Assembly Hall on November 4th, 2025, the one-day program saw 80 staff members from all key departments gain hands-on expertise in the new, highly efficient virtual work environment. The training, led by experts from Esolutions Ghana, VRCC and the OHLGS, introduced essential digital tools like eLeave for automated requests, Shared Files for easy collaboration, a new Correspondence Management System for tracking official letters, and many more, ensuring a modern and streamlined public service delivery.

The management of the Assembly, including Senior Human Resource Manager Mr. Wisdom Adanuty, strongly encouraged participants to immediately adopt the platform to boost their effectiveness and efficiency. This critical capacity-building effort is set to replace traditional paper-based processes with a modern, accountable digital workflow. The successful event confirms the Assembly’s dedication to digitalizing its administration, paving the way for improved productivity and a better outcome for the entire municipality.
