The Ketu North Municipal Assembly held an orientation for newly recruited sweepers on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. The workers were assigned to maintain markets, lorry stations, and central business districts. The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Rev. Martin Amenaki, noted that the initiative supports national sanitation and job creation goals to improve environmental health standards across the Municipality.

Key officials including the Municipal Coordinating Director, the Environmental Health Officer, the Municipal Finance Officer and the Assistant Human Resource Manager gave guidance on punctuality, public hygiene, transparent payment procedures and professional conduct, seeking a disciplined and motivated workforce.
