KETU NORTH MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY ENGAGES STAKEHOLDERS ON NHIS PERFORMANCE

The Ketu North Municipal Assembly recently participated in the 2025 Stakeholders’ Engagement at the Municipal Health Directorate to evaluate the performance of the National Health Insurance Scheme. Led by the NHIS Manager, Mr. Ignatius Amaglo, the meeting brought together health stakeholders and traditional leaders to discuss service quality, claims management, and the sustainability of the scheme.

The Assembly remains committed to collaborating with the NHIS and the Health Directorate to address operational challenges and improve healthcare accessibility. By implementing the practical recommendations shared during the forum, the Assembly aims to ensure equitable access to affordable and high-quality healthcare for all residents
