On January 20, 2026, the Ketu North Municipal Assembly (KNMA) proudly hosted the Chief Director of the Volta Regional Coordinating Council (VRCC) and a team of regional officials for a comprehensive working visit and staff durbar.

This high-level engagement convened the full management and staff of the Assembly to review institutional performance and collective work output in a transparent and collaborative setting.

The visit provided a critical platform for staff to discuss operational challenges, share innovative solutions, and identify strategies for improving service delivery and administrative efficiency.

During the session, Hon. Martin Amenaki, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) commended the workforce for their dedication and emphasized the importance of discipline, professionalism, and teamwork in advancing the Municipality’s development agenda.

The KNMA will leverage insights from the VRCC working visit to implement targeted administrative improvements, strengthen staff capacity, and enhance service delivery across all departments.
