The ketu North Municipal Assembly’s participatory approach in preparing the 2026-2029 Medium-Term Development Plan exemplifies inclusive gornance by engaging diverse stakeholders, including Traditional Authorities, Community Groups, Wemen, Persons with Diasabilities, NGOs, and CSOs, through a two-day Community meets Assembly in Afife, Weta, Penyi, and Dzodze. Utilizing notes, split charts, and real-time documentation ensured transparent capturing of community inputs, which were systematically prioritized using a matrix tool, fostering a data-driven and participatory process that reflects the aspirations and needs of the people.

This comprehensive engagement not only enhances the relevance and legitimacy of the MTDP but also strenghtens community ownership and supports sustainable development within Ketu North.
