The Entity Tender Committee, chaired by The Honorable MCE, convened on 24th September 2025 for the official Opening of Bids submitted for various critical development projects, including the construction of two CHPS compounds, two classroom blocks, four mechanized boreholes, and more. This session, which also functioned as the Tender Opening Committee, was conducted to ensure fairness, transparency, and strict adherence to established procurement regulations.

During the meeting, all received bids were opened in the presence of committee members and stakeholders, with the proposed contract figures for all lots publicly declared to promote openness and accountability among all participants. The next phase will involve a thorough evaluation of the contractors’ qualifications, capacity, financial and technical compliance, with The Honorable MCE reaffirming the Committee’s commitment to securing value for money and delivering quality infrastructure.
