Following a report of severe flooding, The Honorable MCE immediately directed the Municipal NADMO Coordinator to provide safe temporary shelter for the affected family before personally leading the NADMO team early this morning to assess the damage and offer sympathy to the victims. The MCE determined that the flooding was primarily caused by choked gutters and, while commending the quick response of NADMO and community members, directed the Assembly Member to ensure the immediate desilting and continuous maintenance of all drainage systems to prevent future occurrences, thereby safeguarding lives and property.
