The Ketu North Municipal Assembly achieved a significant milestone by being ranked 3rd out of 261 MMDAs in Ghana for the prestigious Best Audit Committee Awards, organized by the Internal Audit Agency, recognizing the Assembly’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance. The Honorable MCE emphasized that this achievement reflects the Assembly’s priority placed on strengthening financial management systems and ensuring audit recommendations are acted upon quickly and effectively.

In recognition of this success, which reflects the dedication and teamwork of the Audit Committee, management, and staff, the management organized a staff durbar where congratulations and appreciation were shared along with drinks and other refreshments. The Honorable MCE expressed deep gratitude to all contributors and affirmed the Assembly’s resolve to continue raising the standards of good governance to deliver development that benefits the people of Ketu North.
