Ketu North Municipal Assembly Invests in Staff Excellence with Successful Administrative Week

The Ketu North Municipal Assembly recently concluded its second annual Administrative Week, a comprehensive training program held from February 4th to 20th, 2025. Designed to enhance staff competencies and improve service delivery, the initiative focused on key areas such as governance, social services, technical functions, and human resource development.

Spearheaded by Assistant Director 1, Mr. Yanick Noah Agboado, and supported by the Assembly’s Management and Human Resource Department, the program utilized internal expertise, with senior staff leading training sessions. This peer-to-peer approach ensured practical and relevant learning experiences.

The curriculum covered crucial topics including stakeholder management, budget operations, procurement, audit planning, social welfare, building permits, and environmental health. The initiative aimed to equip staff with the skills necessary to effectively serve the citizens of Ketu North, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Assembly staff, including Municipal Coordinating Director Mr. Jasper Kudzo Adenyo, actively participated in the week-long program. Mr. Adenyo expressed gratitude to all involved, emphasizing the Assembly’s commitment to building a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

The successful Administrative Week is expected to lead to improved service delivery and contribute to the sustainable development of the municipality.
