The Ketu North Municipal Assembly successfully held its Maiden Municipal-wide National Sanitation Day event on Saturday, October 4, 2025, marking a significant step towards enhanced Environmental Cleanliness and Public Health in the area. This key Municipal initiative aims to improve sanitation, reduce diseases, and boost local economic development by bringing together  diverse group of participants, including Assembly Staff, local residents, traders, Security Personnel, Market Women, Drivers, Riders, and Zoomlion Ghana Limited. The Assembly plans to make this impactful clean-up exercise a recurring event, scheduled for the first Saturday of every month.
