Following an inspection, a community engagement session was held with stakeholders from IHDN Hospital at Weta-Adzadokpo to discuss the proposed construction of a modern mortuary facility. The audience included Local Community Leaders, Health Officials, and other relevant parties, ensuring broad representation. The primary goal of the meeting was to establish an open dialogue to exchange views, directly address community concerns, and align the expectations of all parties. The insights gathered are considered crucial for the successful and collaborative execution of the project, ensuring the new facility meets both technical standards and the specific needs of the community.
