The Honorable MCE recently undertook a firsthand inspection of Afife Adziehe R.C Basic School, prompted by reports of deplorable conditions and infrastructural inadequacies. Accompanied by the Headmaster and his assistant, the MCE conducted a thorough tour, encountering learning environments that were regrettably below standard and unfit for children’s safety and development.

This visit also brought attention to a critical issue—an abandoned GET Fund project left at the foundation stage for years—which the Honorable MCE is now actively initiating steps to revisit, correct, and fast-track, while also commending the exemplary dedication of the teachers and the palpable eagerness of the students to learn despite their limited resources.
