Education in Ketu North has received a major boost with the commissioning of new classroom blocks for three basic schools: Dzodze Fiagbedu R.C. Basic School, Ehi M/A Basic School, and Law Memorial E.P. Basic School in Tadzewu. The projects include a 2-unit KG block at Dzodze Fiagbedu and new 6-unit classroom blocks at Ehi and Tadzewu, all with ancillary facilities to provide safer, more comfortable and conducive learning environments.

The projects were commissioned under the leadership of the Ketu North Municipal Assembly and the Member of Parliament for Ketu North, Hon. Eric Edem Agbana, alongside municipal education authorities, traditional leaders, Assembly Members, teachers, SMC/PTA members, party leaders and community members. The initiative is aimed at addressing overcrowding, inadequate infrastructure and poor learning conditions while creating better opportunities for pupils and teachers.

The development reflects a commitment to improving education infrastructure across Ketu North and ensuring that every child has access to a decent classroom and quality learning environment. With more school infrastructure projects planned, stakeholders say the work will continue until schools across the municipality are adequately equipped to meet the needs of their communities.
